Host: 1. ```console apt-get install nfs-common apt-get install nfs-kernel-server ``` 2. edit /etc/exports like ```console /var/www 192.168.1.8(rw) ``` 3. restart nfs ```console /etc/init.d/nfs-kernel-server restart ``` 4. check if it exported ```console exportfs ``` Client: 1. ```console apt-get install nfs-common ``` 2. create your directory to mount in 3. mount it ```console sudo mount 192.168.1.7:/var/www /home/dude/www/ ``` 07.12.13 # mount automatically with /etc/fstab ```bash 10.0.0.5:/mnt/Tamuz8/pictures/ /mnt/pictures/ nfs rw,soft,noatime,x-gvfs-show ``` 07.12.13
