What is the development of Modern Propaganda?08.06.25

Today it's not called Propaganda, as it developed in more advanced Technics.
"Perception management" or "Soft Power" are modern "Crafts" of the propaganda Discipline.

Since the beginning of the 20th century, a broad arsenal of corresponding techniques for manipulating opinion and emotions has been and continues to be developed, at great financial expense and with massive involvement from the social sciences and psychology.
These techniques no longer refer to themselves as "propaganda"—but rather bear names like "perception management" or "soft power" and are taking forms that have become increasingly less visible and recognizable to the population, thus undermining our natural psychological immune system against psychological influence.

unter massiver Beteiligung der Sozialwissenschaften und der Psychologie ein breites
Arsenal entsprechender Techniken der Meinungs- und Affektmanipulation entwickelt. 
Diese Techniken bezeichnen sich heute nicht mehr als »Propaganda« – sondern
