How to solve no such file to load -- sqlite3 in debian?

no such file to load -- sqlite3 error the only way i found to solve this error was to completely remove ruby with gems from the debian system, than recompile ruby again and gems from source again. Important is to avoid to use the debian ruby gems build packages.
