Gradle builder and Google's Gradle plugin compatibility 21.06.24

# Issue
When I build an APK with Gradle, I always faced an issue with the Google Gradle plugins.
First upgrade the Google grade plugin in the file /build.gradle

from https://maven.google.com/web/index.html?q=gradle#com.android.tools.build:gradle

## Example

buildscript {
  repositories {
    mavenCentral()

dependencies {

classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:8.5.0'
    classpath "org.jetbrains.dokka:dokka-gradle-plugin:1.6.10"

# After the compiler will tell you what grade is compatibly for it, and i added the new gradle to the file /gradle/wrapper/gradle-wrapper.properties
