What happens after an explosion—order or disorder? Their answer is always that disorder results. Then I ask: So why after the Big Bang, which was the biggest explosion ever, has so much order been created? 30.05.24 After all, if you focus on the known, you get the known. If you focus on the unknown, you create a possibility. The longer you can linger in that field of infinite possibilities as an awareness—aware that you are aware in this endless black space—without putting your attention on your body, on things, or on people, places, and time, the longer you invest your energy into the unknown, the more you are going to create a new experience or new possibilities in your life. It’s the law. 30.05.24 Nature has made these lower three centers very pleasurable so that we keep engaging the actions related to them and what they represent. Having sex (first center) and eating (second center) are quite enjoyable, as is connecting and communicating with others (also the second center). Personal power (third center) can be intoxicating, including the success of overcoming obstacles, getting what we want, competing against others and winning, surviving in a particular environment, and pushing ourselves to move our bodies around. It’s important to note that what is giving the molecule its specific properties as well as holding it into form and structure—into matter—is the invisible field of energy that is surrounding matter. Molecules could not bond without sharing information and energy. Elevated emotion are love or gratitude or joy. You have to get out of your beta brain-wave pattern, because beta keeps you in your conscious mind, separated from your subconscious or your autonomic nervous system that actually runs the show. The deeper you go in meditation—from beta brain waves to alpha brain waves and then even to theta brain waves (the half-awake, half-asleep state of deeper meditation)—the slower your frequency and the more access you have to the operating system. So in the Blessing of the Energy Centers meditation, your job is to slow your brain waves down and combine an elevated emotion with an intent to bless each energy center for the greatest good—loving them into life—and then surrender and allow your autonomic nervous system to take over, because it already knows how to do that without any help from your conscious mind. You’re not thinking, you’re not visualizing, and you’re not analyzing. 30.05.24 As you will recall, thoughts cause biochemical reactions in your brain that release chemical signals, and those chemical signals make the body feel exactly the way you were just thinking. Those feelings then cause you to generate more thoughts that make you feel the same way you were just thinking. So your thoughts drive your feelings, and your feelings drive your thoughts, and eventually this loop hardwired your brain into the same patterns, which conditions your body into the past. And because emotions are a record of experiences, if you can’t think greater than how you feel, this thinking-feeling loop keeps you anchored to your past and creates a constant state of being. This is how the body becomes the mind—or in time, how your thoughts run you and your feelings own you. 30.05.24 As you contract the intrinsic muscles of your lower body and at the same time take in a slow steady breath through your nose, while placing your attention on the top of your head, you accelerate the movement of the cerebrospinal fluid toward your brain and you begin to run a current through your body and up the central axis of the spine. 30.05.24
