I could not compile python3.12.2 and got the above message. I guessed libgdbm-dev was missing. Anyway, I installed the below libraries via apt-get and after I could configure and compile python3.12.2 ``` apt-get install libbz2-dev libncurses-dev libgdm-dev libsqlite3-dev \ libreadline-dev tk-dev liblzma-dev libgdbm-dev libgdbm-compat-dev \ libssl-dev ```
