## Setup the USB with the Macos Disk Utility App Name: USB Format: Mac OS Extended Journaled Schema: GUID Partition Map ## Get the Sonoma.app installer ``` softwareupdate --list-full-installers softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 14.2.1 ``` ## Install to the USB, replace /Volumes/USB with your volume ``` sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Sonoma.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/USB ``` https://support.apple.com/en-us/101578
