How to host a multiuser access on Quickbooks:

1. stop all connection to the QuickBooks company file 2. open the Master QuickBooks and before you open the file enable: File>Utilities>Hosting Multiple User Access

3. both need to switch to multiuser mode under File>Switch to Muliti User Mode
