1. get a wikipedia dump xml file from there: https://dumps.wikimedia.org/backup-index.html 2. unzip it with: bunzip2 -d enwikibooks-20200520-pages-articles.xml.bz2 3. dump it in with the /maintenance/importDump.php file: php importDump.php --conf ../LocalSettings.php /path_to/dumpfile.xml.gz --user-prefix=""
