1. create layers for each images to the top and give it names with milliseconds like ... layer_name3(2000ms) layer_name2(5000ms) layer_name1(6000ms) 2. preview your animation. Click Filter. Click Playback. 3. save your give: click File click Export As. type a file name next to "Name." select File Type gif set as animation. click export
