Monitor raid on your server

You can monitor the Raid status of your operating system using the program mdadm. In order to do so, replace the current entry 'root' with your email address, you may do that in the file /etc/mdadm/mdadm.conf at program parameter MAILADDR. Then restart the service with '/etc/init.d/mdadm restart' check the status cat /proc/mdstat
