Fixed a jumping cursor touchpad on a gentoo and debian laptop15.02.17

in gentoo and debian 8 my touchpad had a jumping cursor.
first i installed xinput

but after adding the below file /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/50-synaptics.conf
it stopped finally.

add the file 
/usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/50-synaptics.conf
