Create a postgres database 07.01.25

After many Postgres setups, I repeated this steps to create a new Postgres cluster foo with a new Postgres database foo and with a new Postgres user foo and bar

pg_ctlcluster 17 foo start
pg_lsclusters

su postgres -
psql -p5434

CREATE ROLE foo LOGIN PASSWORD 'MYPASSX';
CREATE ROLE bar WITH REPLICATION PASSWORD 'MYPASSX' LOGIN;
CREATE DATABASE foodb WITH OWNER = foo; 
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON DATABASE foodb TO foo;
```
